Althea M. Brown received her Doctorate in Chiropractic at Life University in Marietta, Georgia. She was working as a full-time faculty member at Life University when she decided to continue her spiritual journey by returning to school to study the Book of Life, facilitated evangelism seminars, taught in prisons, and served as a college chaplain. Dr. Brown received her Master of Divinity from Turner Theological Seminary, at the Interdenominational Theological Center in Atlanta, Georgia. Subsequently, she earned her Doctor of Ministry at the Ecumenical Theological Seminary in Detroit, Michigan, and wrote her dissertation on evangelism.
For over four decades, Dr. Brown has taught evangelism seminars at churches in three different states, served as an itinerant elder in the African Methodist Episcopal Church, published three practical guidebooks and study aids for retreats, and facilitated several Book of Life studies.
